FERGUSON COMMITS TO NORTHWESTERN POLYTECHNIC

The Swift Current Innovation Federal Credit Union Wildcats are pleased to announce third year defenseman, Olivia Ferguson, has committed to attend school and play hockey at Northwestern Polytechnic next year. The grade twelve, Swift Current product, will be a part of the inaugural women's hockey team at Northwestern Polytechnic. The Wolves will compete in the Alberta Collegiate Athletic Conference (ACAC).
In 79 SFU18AAAHL games, Ferguson has 2 goals, 7 assists and 48 penalty minutes. This season, in 20 exhibition, tournament and league games she has accumulated 1 goal, 3 assists, 32 penalty minutes and a +10 rating. Ferguson is a stay at home, physical defenseman who looks after her own end and is very reliable on the penalty kill.
The Wildcat organization would like to congratulate Olivia on her college commitment.
